Give your feedback on our proposals for Oxford Business Park (now rebranded as Arc Oxford)
Royal London Asset Management (RLAM) is bringing forward proposals to invest in the future of Oxford Business Park by refurbishing the existing office Building 2600, and is seeking to deliver lab-employment space, and creating a new amenity building. The proposals would also provide improved landscaping, outdoor spaces, a new multi-storey car park, and pedestrian and cycling routes across the site.
We want to hear the views of local residents, businesses, occupiers, employees and community stakeholders on these proposals before a planning application is submitted to Oxford City Council.
You can participate in the public consultation by reviewing the information on this website and completing the online feedback form. We will review feedback carefully and use it to help shape the final proposals.
