Our proposals
The proposals seek to refurbish the existing office building, provide new lab-employment space, and introduce new landscaping, outdoor areas and amenities. The aim is to give businesses space that can meet their practical and amenity needs while making the site easier and more accessible with a curated environment focused on visitors.

Refurbishment of existing office space
The proposals include the refurbishment of an existing office building to provide approximately 78,000 sq ft NIA of office space.
The refurbishment would make better use of existing space and support the continued role of The Oxford Business Park as an important employment location.

A New laboratory and office building
A new building is proposed to provide approximately 78,000 sq ft NIA of flexible office / lab-employment space.
Its layout, building services and access arrangements are being developed around the practical needs of research occupiers, while allowing for different internal fitouts over time.
A new multi-storey car park will sit adjacent to the new laboratory and office building.

Amenity building
The proposals include an amenity building of around 2,600 sq ft NIA, offering grab-and-go food and drink to people working at and visiting the Business Park as well as flexible space for occupiers

Public realm and landscaping
The proposals include new and improved public realm and landscaping to help bring the different parts of the development together.
This would create a more attractive, connected and usable environment for employees, visitors and the wider business park community. The public realm is expected to include space for food and drinks, informal seating, events and outdoor activity.
